Accomplishments 2006
The first six months as the on-site manager has proven to be challenging and, ultimately, rewarding.
My most important task to date has been to cultivate and develop positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and skilled laborers that serve our community. This, along with assisting lines of communication between management, board of directors, home owners and residents is important to the success of our association.
Completed projects include:
- Unit 311 window water intrusion resolved.
- Unit 108 laundry drain issue repaired.
- Removal on construction debris, hazardous waste, old paint, etc. from site to Metro Recycling.
- Relamped common areas for energy conservation and aesthetics.
Goals 2008
- Interior painting and trim repair
- Privacy screens on building front
- Further investigation on pool repair
- Provide a clean, quiet, safe, and mechanically sound environment for all residents.
