Gina Chiles began her property management career in 1999 with Heartland Realty Investors, a Minnesota based property management firm. Within a few years she was promoted to Regional Property Manager, overseeing both Affordable and Conventional communities throughout the United States. Her portfolio included properties in Texas, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, California, Minnesota and Oregon.
Gina has received national recognition from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in Washington, DC, and their local field offices. Her qualifications include designations from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Affordable Housing Centers and has lead her management teams to an unprecedented 100% score for excellence awarded by the Real Estate Assessment Center.
Managing condominium associations is a new facet to Gina’s career but she looks forward to the challenges and is excited to offer a refreshing outlook.
Robin Dekker moved to Portland from Wisconsin in 2001 and shortly thereafter began managing multi-family condominium units. She holds a B.A. in music and after several years as a self-employed music teacher she switched careers and worked as a machinist for the next 10 years.
Robin has been the site manager for 2393 Park Place Condominiums since 2006. She is responsible for all building maintenance and working with contractors, vendors, and residents.
