Cyndi Natalello joined IPM in 2007 to focus on the management of condominium associations. She brings extensive knowledge and experience in the diverse areas of property management.
A native New Yorker, Cyndi began her career in property management in 1985. Her experience during the ensuing 20 years ranges from on-site management to overseeing portfolios of varied assets. She has managed portfolios consisting of commercial property (both retail and office space), rental units (both affordable and conventional) as well as condominium and homeowner’s associations (from 40 units to over 400). Her condominium experience includes the management of a portfolio of 20 sites ranging from high-rise to garden walk-ups, new construction development to conversions and historical buildings. She has been instrumental in managing expenses, on behalf of owners, by employing a variety of resourceful measures, such as researching alternative sources for utilities, increased utilization of site personnel and diligent analysis during the budgeting process.
Cyndi relocated to Portland in 1994 to continue to expand her knowledge base in an area poised for exceptional growth and development while already known for its quality of life and overall livability.
Cyndi is a frequent speaker at national and local property management conferences. She is nationally certified in multiple housing programs and is pursuing a CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. .
