Mission:

To provide communication documents to residents with a consistent image reflecting the quality of our property.

 

Accomplishments 2007

• Website (www.2393parkplace.com) was developed including Park Place history, newsletters, minutes, committee reports, etc.
• Newsletters were provided online on the website, posted on bulletin boards and delivered to residents and owners in Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.
• Annual Report was produced for annual meeting, which recaps all HOA information for the past year.
• House Rules and Regulations were updated, distributed, and signed by all owners and residents.

 

2008 Goals

Continue to improve on communications among owners, renters, management and board of 2393 Park Place Condominiums.
